Specific Requirement:
1: College degree or above!
2: Good appearance and image, with sales experience for more than two years.It is best to have social experience or experience in related car industries(or sales of electronic components or crystals, sales of GPS module or antenna or IC)
3: Can bear hardships and stand hard work, the company will provide a car to visit customers or provide subsidies for your own cars.
4: There will be a training period and practical period from 1 month to 3 months after being on duty. During this period, we will mainly train general electronic technology and sales skills! And the supervisors will acompany you to the customer.You Must have a certain ability to accept and patience!
5: The work place is at Qinghu,Longhua district.
6: The company implements 5 days and 8 hours system.Holidays and social security, and Provident Fund etc shall implemented in accordance with national regulations . Salary is based on the base salary plus commission, sales staff should have the courage to continue to innovate, so that there will be more returns (the company's sales staff to reach the performance of the situation shall reach from 6000 to 20000RMB or more capped monthly salary)
7: The company will have a long trip every year, more than 300 kilometers in the country or abroad. (Based on individual performance awards or restrictions on the company's work years)
